Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UnderForge® app, website and coaching services (the "Service"), operated by Venture CO Group. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet these requirements.

UnderForge provides wellness and fitness coaching — personalized training, nutrition and recovery guidance, tracking tools and communication with a coach. The Service supports your goals but does not guarantee any specific result, which depends on many factors including your own consistency.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at yourcoach@underforge.io if you suspect unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g. weekly, monthly or yearly) through our payment or app-store provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. As an EU consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts; by starting to use digital coaching content immediately you may acknowledge that this right can end once the service has been fully provided. Purchases made through Apple/Google are subject to their refund rules.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, do not: break the law; infringe others' rights; upload harmful or unlawful content; attempt to access other users' data; reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service; or resell access without our permission.

You keep ownership of the content you submit (messages, logs, photos). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the Service for you (for example to analyze a meal photo or let your coach review progress). We do not use your content to train public AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

UnderForge is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. You use the guidance at your own risk and are responsible for exercising safely.

The Service, including the UnderForge® name, logo, software, design, text and media, is owned by Venture CO Group or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify or distribute our materials without permission.

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Apple Health, wearables, app stores, payment and AI providers). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Venture CO Group is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights).

You may stop using the Service and close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, the licences granted to you end; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) continue to apply.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app, and the "last updated" date will reflect the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes fall under the competent Hungarian courts. As an EU consumer you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
